-Input the protein/carb/fat content of your given food and hit the "+" button to enter it in.
-Hit the "-" sign to remove a given amount from a specific macronutrient.
-Use the "switch" button to toggle between manual input mode and stepper input mode.
-Put your target daily macronutrient goals in the "daily macro allotment" section to easily compare and contrast your results every day.
